Ricki Losee thinks of color as “Gods own signature upon the Earth”. She draws her love affair with color through the atmosphere of living in Sedona. She uses photographs that are taken by her husband Ian Hyde from their backyard and surrounding area. Ricki is an award winning artist and her work has been in juried exhibitions throughout the United States. In addition, Ricki's paintings are in personal collections throughout the world; which includes Arizona, Viriginia, Georgia, Texas, Washington State, Illinois, California and The United Kingdom. Artist Statement My Heart Leaps Up When I Behold a Rainbow in the Sky William Wordsworth's title rather aptly describes my love affair with color and Nature.
